the hotel advertises multiple dining options yet one restaurant was closed for a private event. breakfast felt chaotic with dirty tables. the overall organisation did not match a luxury hotel i would expect.

The location was convenient. premium all inclusive had set menus and drinks. staff were great throughout the hotel. The service was attentive and efficient. I felt well taken care of.
The room was dated. the tv did not work properly. The picture cut off after a few minutes. it was quite annoying!
